Workshop Overview
In this workshop, participants will begin with an introduction to career readiness and its significance in today's job market. The course will explore how to identify and develop transferable skills, advance hard/technical skills, and connect past experiences with new IT knowledge. A key focus will be on enhancing soft skills, such as communication and teamwork, to help adapt to a constantly evolving workforce. Additionally, participants will gain access to the Career Success platform as part of the course for 120 days. This platform can help users get hired up to 50% faster.
The participants can explore all features of the platform, including AI-powered tools like the Resume Builder, LinkedIn Analyzer, Job Tracker, and Career Coach.
